subject exclusively and strictly to these Terms and Conditions
Description of Products
The Anson Reed Interview Coaching service is provided to individual job seekers
and interview candidates by Anson Reed consultants. We coach you face to face in our Central London offices or via
Skype or Telephone to anywhere.
All details, descriptions and prices for these products appearing on the web
site are correct at the time when the information was entered. We reserve the
right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the web site at our
discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from our web site at any time.
Payment and VAT
The total cost of your order is the price as quoted and
includes all taxes. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
Payments are processed via Worldpay secure facilities and subject to their validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any delays or losses if
the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment.
Limitation of Liability
Anson Reed Limited, its employees and associates
do not guarantee the outcome of your interview and in any event, we shall
not be liable to you or any
third party under, or in connection with, these Terms and Conditions in
contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations or otherwise
for any economic loss including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits,
contracts, business or anticipated savings or for any special or indirect
losses whatsoever.
We are not responsible for any results, job offers or lack of as a result of
using our products.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations can be made at any point prior to the
start of the work by the appointed coach and will result in a full and immediate refund.
Start of the work is deemed to be at the point when you submit your documents for the coach to
create your bespoke training session.
Cancellations received after the coach has started work will of course be considered and we would normally try to rearrange the appointment to a more suitable time.
We do ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before the session start if you are unable to attend or wish to make some changes.
For a request for a refund under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy we simply ask that you notify your coach within 30 minutes of the start of the training session. Where it is deemed that you have not had a satisfactory service from your interview coach we will refund your money in full.
We try to be fair to you and your coach at all times however we would not normally consider a refund request after you have had your training session. After all, your coach will have invested many hours both in the creation and carrying out of the session.
You are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorised by us and you acknowledge and agree that the content comprised within these products is made available for your personal non-commercial use only.
You may not, or allow third parties to, duplicate, transmit, modify, adapt, create
derivative works of or in any way commercially exploit any of the content.
Changes To These Terms and Conditions
We may change these Terms and Conditions
at any time and will publish their replacement on this web site.
Law
These Terms and Conditions of Trade shall be governed by the laws of England
and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England & Wales.
